By creating an account on Ximverse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• A registered Indian exporter (with valid IEC), or
• A licensed Customs House Agent (CHA), or
• An authorised representative of either
• You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

We provide a software platform for Indian international-trade participants — exporters, importers, Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and their authorised representatives — to manage their cross-border trade operations.

Current and planned features include, without limitation:

• Export documentation — Proforma, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice, VGM, SI, Shipping Bill CACHE01 JSON
• Import documentation — Bill of Entry, import duty calculation, FTA / anti-dumping lookups
• ICEGATE and DGFT integrations — eSANCHIT, filing APIs, document upload
• Regulatory intelligence — DGFT, CBIC, RBI, MoCA notifications and circulars
• Catalog management — buyers, products, banks, sanctioned-party screening, HSN tools
• Logistics tools — container tracking, freight rates, shipping line integrations
• Finance tools — RoDTEP / Drawback estimation, eBRC, IGST refund tracking
• Collaboration — buyer portals, multi-user team access, marketplace and partner integrations

We may add, modify, or retire features at our discretion. New features are governed by these same Terms unless we notify you of specific additional terms.

• We do not file Shipping Bills on your behalf. Filing is performed by a licensed CHA using their own ICEGATE login and DSC.
• We do not act as a Customs House Agent.
• We do not guarantee acceptance by ICEGATE — that depends on the accuracy of data you enter and your CHA's authorisation.
• We do not issue Bills of Lading, eBRC, or Certificate of Origin — those are issued by other authorities.
• We do not provide legal, tax, or customs advice. Consult your CHA, CA, or lawyer for binding interpretations.

• Provide accurate, lawful data
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Ensure you have the right to upload any documents you submit
• Comply with all Indian export laws, sanctions lists, and customs regulations
• Pay subscription fees on time once your plan starts

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted. Ximverse generates documents based on inputs you provide. If incorrect data leads to customs penalties, demurrage, detention, or other costs, Ximverse is not liable.

• Free tier (if available) and paid plans are described on /pricing
• Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• Payments via Razorpay or other gateways
• Failure to pay may result in feature limitation or account suspension
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be notified. We are not liable for losses from temporary downtime.

• Ximverse code, UI, branding, and content are owned by Manudocs Private Limited
• Your shipment data, documents, and uploads remain your property
• You grant us a limited license to process your data only to operate the platform

You may not:

• File on someone else's IEC or CHA license without authorisation
• Submit forged or falsified documents
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform to evade sanctions, taxes, or duties
• Resell or sublicense the platform without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are legally required to
• Your activity poses a security or compliance risk

You may close your account anytime via Account Settings → Delete Account or by emailing connect@ximverse.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the last 6 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for customs penalties, missed shipments, or business losses

You agree to indemnify Manudocs Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your data inaccuracies, or your violation of law.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
